Grass Roots Survey

In 2004 Sister Cities New Zealand Inc.commisioned a comprehensive survey looking at all of New Zealand's sister city type international links.  The objectives were to examine the activities undertaken in the past three years and to identify the forward challenges.  The survey was conducted by Asia New Zealand Foundation.

The Survey is intended as a three-yearly snapshot of our sister city activities, and an indication of trends in development.  In 2007 Asia New Zealand Foundation again kindly supported the project, this time conducted in-house.
